 I worked with Kaitlin to be my day of coordinator and she went above and beyond just the day of! We were in communications for a few months before the wedding so that we could be on the same page of how I would need her for the day of- but she also reached out consistently before the day to make sure my vendors were in order, and contracts were correct and taken care of. On the actual wedding day she was my absolute right hand, she pinned my dress multiple times after being stepped on, she packed our extra food up and placed them in an area where we could just leave at the end with them. She came early and left last and she was truly the backbone to making the wedding night go smooth, I would 100% recommend her to everyone who’s interested in enjoying their night with minimal stress- Kaitlin you were the absolute best ❤️❤️

 I'm so glad to have hired Katie and Kaitlin for our wedding. They helped us navigate all sorts of challenges as a corona couple and helping us figure out our options after corona hit. We were so lucky to be able to execute our wedding, which was a complete re-plan in just 7 weeks. Barefoot to Bowtie was very attentive to detail down to who is lighting the candles at the reception - I'm detailed oriented but it was one of those small things I hadn't even considered. Kaitlin also advised on timeline, wedding etiquette, helped us execute and was waiting at the end of our beach side ceremony with a smile (and a cocktail!). It was refreshing to just be able to enjoy our day with our bridesmaids and groomsmen and just go to bed as a married couple without having to supervise set up, unpack and repack items. Everything was delivered in our organized totes back to us by the morning.

I would highly recommend Kaitlin Wille as your personal wedding planner!!  My daughter had her wedding at the Grand Geneva Resort in July of 2014.  Kaitlin stepped in after our original planner left the resort about 5 months before the wedding.  She hit the ground running with my daughter's ideas.  The level of communication was amazing as well as her professional attitude.  No detail went left unattended!  The day of the wedding Kaitlin had an issue with a supplier of table cloths and some of the linens being used to decorate the head table.  I was to say the least a bit nervous!!  When we saw the finished product and how Kaitlin had adapted the decorations with what she had we were beyond pleased!!! She literally redecorated from her original plan and made it look AMAZING!!  She made sure the whole day was a dream come true for my daughter and her new husband!!

Kaitlin took care of our wedding. Crazy us, we thought we could do it all ourselves. It was in our backyard. How hard could it be? Well lets just say, 90+ people, we thanked God every day for Kaitlin handling it all. She's energetic, extremely thorough, she thought of every little detail for us, took care of all the phone calls and orders (I hate that stuff), and she stayed in contact with us to make sure we took care of our part. If we would have done it ourselves, we would not have been able to enjoy our fabulous day. She made the whole process so smooth and easy.
The day of our wedding, everything was 100% taken care of without her even asking us one single question. We were totally relaxed the entire day. My husband and I had a ball and so did our guests. Seriously, from early morning until late after the guests left, she made sure everything was perfect! Wow! Again Kaitlin, thank you soooooo much!!!!

Kaitlin is amazing! My mom and I thought we had my wedding handled, but as soon as we brought her on board we realized how much we still needed to do. Kaitlin handled everything and made our big day perfect. From speaking to the venue (visiting the venue without me) to table set up, communicating with bridal party, officiant, dj, bakery...she took care of it all.  I could truly relax knowing that everything was being handled. Kaitlin planned my daughter's graduation party. I was very nervous about trying to do anything in the current atmosphere (COVID) but she assured me she could pull off a socially distanced, yet fun event. She handled it so professionally, I was blown away. I knew it would require more work on her part, from extra tables, tents, hand sanitizer everywhere, and just the amount of distance she would have to work and monitor during the party. She put the appetizers in little separate clear cups and it actually looked elegant. Many guests told me they were likewise impressed with how it was handled.
