This is for the couple who has majority of their wedding planned, but needs a helping hand reviewing and finalizing all the little details to make sure all your i's are dotted and t's are crossed. We're also the strings of the marionettes executing your big day so you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends.  We'll be the point of contact for your vendors and smooth out any kinks that may arise.

Included in Coordination:

• Create detailed timeline of events for wedding party & parents
• Review vendor contracts, confirm details & load-in, load-out procedures
• Meeting 8 weeks out to finalize timeline, day-of needs & logistics of wedding day for smooth execution
• Access to wedding day 'emergency kit'
• 10 hours dedicated to couple to manage decor setup and teardown 
• Direct vendors upon arrival, setup reception, answer questions & oversee last minute changes and kinks
• Disburse final payments & gratuities to vendors
• Pack-up personal décor elements at end of night & ensure vendors have been paid
• *Rehearsal & Ceremony Facilitation not included, but add-on avail (450)

This is for the couple who needs a little more insight and expert advice in the planning process, but still wants to remain involved. We are your support and guidance in planning and your main point-of-contact to manage all tasks and hiccups that may arise on your wedding day.

• Unlimited phone & email consulting
• Venue walk-through & creation of reception floor plan
• Attend 2 vendor meetings of your choice for support & insight (caterer & venue recommended)
• Pin on boutonnieres & distribute flowers to wedding party & family members
• Rehearsal & ceremony facilitation ($450 value)
• Oversee vendor commitments, contracts, logistics & finalize details
• Take gifts/cards to secure location (accompanied by bride & groom appointed guest)
• Distribute gratuities to vendors
• Pack-up personal décor elements at end of night & ensure vendors have been paid
